Local businesses with a Google Business Profile — hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, clinics, salons, spas, gyms, shops — and businesses with several locations. Not every module suits every sector; we'll recommend what fits yours.
What do the three AI agents do?
The SEO Agent prepares replies to your Google reviews. The Social Agent turns suitable reviews into branded social posts. The GEO Agent uses review themes to prepare helpful articles about your business.
Can replies be reviewed before they are published?
Reply controls depend on your account configuration. Rather than promise a workflow here, we'll show you the exact controls available for your plan during the demo.
Does it guarantee more five-star reviews?
No. Customers choose their own honest rating and words. RateMyBiz AI makes it easier to ask everyone consistently.
Can it remove negative Google reviews?
No. Nobody can promise removal. You can respond constructively, and reviews that genuinely break Google's policies can be reported through Google's own process.
Will it guarantee a Google ranking or a ChatGPT recommendation?
No. Search engines and AI assistants decide what they show. RateMyBiz AI helps you respond consistently and publish accurate content — sensible practices, not guaranteed outcomes.
Can I use it for several branches?
Yes. Each location is set up with its own profile and details. We'll discuss a plan that matches the number of locations you manage.
Are WhatsApp and SMS included?
You can always share your review link yourself. Automated WhatsApp, SMS and email requests, their allowances and any charges depend on your plan — we confirm these in the demo.
Do I need a website?
No. Review collection and replies work with your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business). A website helps if you want to publish GEO Agent articles.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how many locations you have, which channels you enable and how quickly profile access and business details are shared. We'll give you a realistic plan after the demo.
Is there a trial, and can I cancel?
