Who we are
This website is operated by Expevo Digital Services LLP for its product RateMyBiz AI. This policy covers this marketing website only. The RateMyBiz AI application at get.ratemybiz.xyz has its own terms and data practices.
What we collect
When you submit a demo, pricing or contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, business type, your chosen contact method, email and/or phone number, number of locations, website or profile link and any message. We also record the page you submitted from, the referring website's address and campaign (UTM) tags where present, and the version and time of the privacy notice shown to you.
Product-update emails are sent only if you tick the separate, optional box.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo and recommend a plan. We do not sell your information.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in Lovable Cloud and are accessible only to authorised administrators in our private lead console. Our hosting provider processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. We use a one-way hash of the request address for submission limits.
Administrator accounts store a display name and sign-in session information. Public visitors do not need an account to send an enquiry.
Analytics and cookies
We use Meta Pixel for advertising measurement on eligible website visits and successful business enquiry submissions. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives technical browser information, the page address, and PageView or Lead events, and may set advertising cookies. We do not send form names, emails, phone numbers, messages or patient information to Meta. This measures submissions, not qualified leads or customers; data may be used for measurement and ad optimisation.
No consent banner is shown. Advertising measurement is limited to India and the UAE, blocked elsewhere or when the region cannot be confirmed, and respects browser opt-out signals. You can turn it off through Advertising measurement settings on our cookie policy page. Google Search Console verifies website ownership and reports search performance; its verification tag does not track visitors.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by contacting us through the contact page.
